# Property Card (urban, by CTS number) (Maharashtra)

The city survey record for a CTS number: holder, area, tenure and the encumbrance entries the survey office has made.

Status: HELD. Source status: Held. Typical time: up to 5 min. state: `maharashtra`, search_type: `property_card`.

HELD: temporarily unavailable. A submit is refused with 422 search_unavailable and nothing is charged.

## What you get

The Property Card as the portal renders it, as a PDF. A CTS held only as sub-divisions returns each one.
