# Encumbrance Certificate by Document Number (TNREGINET) (Tamil Nadu)

The encumbrance certificate for a registered Tamil Nadu document, looked up by sub-registrar office, document number and year. The portal does not allow a search by survey number here.

Status: HELD. Source status: Held. Typical time: up to 3 min. state: `tamilnadu`, search_type: `ec_document`.

HELD: temporarily unavailable. A submit is refused with 422 search_unavailable and nothing is charged.

Register search: found:false is not a clear title. Read the documents.
