# Guideline Value (Stamp Duty) (Tamil Nadu)

The government guideline value for a Tamil Nadu village, and for one survey number in it when you give it. Without a survey number you get the village’s land-category rate table.

Status: HELD. Source status: Held. Typical time: up to 3 min. state: `tamilnadu`, search_type: `guideline_value`.

HELD: temporarily unavailable. A submit is refused with 422 search_unavailable and nothing is charged.

The guideline rates for the village or survey number, as the registration department publishes them.
