reports checked in one batch

What it does
Every claim in the report, checked.
Verify reads a title search report from any advocate and marks each claim that the documents or your policy do not back.
Three kinds of finding
Contradicted: the documents say otherwise. Unsupported: nothing in the file backs it. Unverified: not checked against a record. Each one rated high, medium or low.
Findings register
- Contradictedp. 3 vs EC p. 14
Report says no encumbrance; the EC on page 14 lists a mortgage from 2019.
- Unsupportedp. 5
Chain of title skips the 1998 transfer. No deed in the file supports it.
- Unverifiedp. 2
Survey number not checked against the revenue record.

Drop a batch of reports from one state and follow every run in one list. Failed runs can be retried.
