`district` District	lookup	District and tehsil list the villages; the search itself needs only the village and gata.
`tehsil` Tehsil	lookup
`pargana_code` Pargana	lookup	Optional. Leave blank if you do not know it; the village list covers the whole tehsil.
`village` Village	lookup	Type in English or Hindi.
`gata_no` Gata / Khasra Number	text	Max 7 characters.
`case_number` Or: Case Number	text	The computerised case number, a letter and 15 digits. Give this alone, without a plot. Max 16 characters.
`max_cases` Max Cases	text	Optional, 1 to 50. Max 2 characters.

Resolve names to codes

Search for each item by name, take the code from the match and pass it in params. A lookup needs a query of at least 2 characters and returns at most 10 matches (details).
