`sro` Sub-Registrar Office	lookup	The office that registered the document. Some carry their former name in brackets.
`year` Year of Registration	year
`doc_no` Document Number	text	Just the number — a document written 4600/2019 is 4600, with 2019 as the year above.

Resolve names to codes

Search for each item by name, take the code from the match and pass it in params. A lookup needs a query of at least 2 characters and returns at most 10 matches (details).
