MahaRERA has no registered or revoked project with this RERA number or exact name.
What you get
A summary PDF (completion dates, complaints, appeals, litigation, landowners, charges) and each title document as its own named PDF: legal title report, encumbrances, layout approval, commencement certificate or NA order, the latest sold-inventory disclosure and sale agreement format, CERSAI reports, development agreements and landowner papers. A name that fits several projects returns them as a list to pick from, and nothing is charged.
Request parameters
These are the keys of params in the request body. A value shown as from lookup is a code you get by searching for the item by name first, not text you type.
rera_number, project_name: Give the RERA number or the exact project name.
