Tamil Nadu search
Guideline Value (Stamp Duty) HELD
The government guideline value for a Tamil Nadu village, and for one survey number in it when you give it. Without a survey number you get the village’s land-category rate table.
This search is temporarily unavailable. A submit is refused with 422 search_unavailable and nothing is charged. This page updates when the hold is lifted.
This search reads a register published for an area, not a per-property answer. found: false means no per-property match was computed. The documents are the deliverable, so read them.
What you get
The guideline rates for the village or survey number, as the registration department publishes them.
Request parameters
These are the keys of params in the request body. A value shown as from lookup is a code you get by searching for the item by name first, not text you type.
